I used to, but I can tell you that no store or employee will sell you anything off of their parts shelf because it is a fireable offense. Besides, U-Haul's policy is to retrofit until nothing more can be retrofitted, then sell the unit to replace with a new one, so that they don't have to keep old parts around. So even if they had an old dolly it would probably be modified for new lights by now.
