Bizarre question that I just don't know enough about cars to answer myself but the collective knowledge here likely does: have there been any cars that have come in both a convertible and a wagon version? Coupe/Sedan/Wagon (ex: Saturn S-series) aren't that uncommon, but have there been any platforms that have had both a convertible and a wagon?
E30, though they never sold the wagon here.
Corvair and Falcon come to mind.

Some Volvos, although probably without the same name. I don't know my Mercs but they probably followed suit. Would you count a Cabrio/Jetta wagon?
There were tons of them. Fairlane, Chevelle, LeMans, Catalina (or at least that body style), Impala, ....

If you are willing to blur the line between wagon and hatchback

Truck bed too. Very versatile.
naming is different as they are just letter acronyms, but a C70 and V50 are the same car in different variants:
Olds cutlass from the 60's up to 1972

Most GM mid-size and large platforms in the '60s could be had in all 4 convertible, coupe, sedan, wagon formats: Chevelle and Imapala, Le Mans and Catalina, Cutlass and (insert big Olds here).
ooh - PT Cruiser was only available as a wagon or convertible! Is that worth any extra points?

Sure, but it loses points for being a PT Cruiser.
Some other Mopar entries:
1963-1966 Dodge Dart and Plymouth Valiant.
1982-1988 Chrysler LeBaron - both available with fake wood grain
Dodge Coronet / Plymouth Belvedere, although I can't recall what years.
And just about every American car in the 1950s came that way, from the '55-'57 Chevies to the Edsel.

Up until 1970, I believe. There's a guy who DD's a 68 Coronet wagon I pass on the way to work. He also has a 67-era Coronet hard top.

So, is that the best picture of a Cavalier Wagon you could come up with?
Come to think of it, any picture taken in the last year would probably look just like that.
