I think their pursuing days are over, but cool to hang on the wall.

It's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop engine.
Are those cooling fins on the sidewall?
side wall grip for mud and snow season. 
maybe for climbing over kerbs?
Maybe for both, a predecessor to today's treaded-sidewall offroad tires.
