AC Schnitzer maybe? I have a set of Type IIs with solid spokes rather than the later open spoke versions - they are fairly heavy unfortunately.
Otherwise maybe Ronal R9 Pentas?
ATS Classics are the closest I can think of that have a recessed spoke face rather than a protruding spoke face, but I think they're all really small diameter.
