Anyone know where I can rent a borescope (snake camera)? I may need to peek through the spark plug holes into the cylinders of my Alfa 164. All the borescopes I see for sale are $100 at the cheapest and I don't think I'll be using it for anything else any time soon.
I eagerly await your DIY colonoscopy thread.
HF sells a really good one that is a copy of one I sell, but you didn't here that from me. Street price was like $88 last I looked.

Are you going to buy me dinner first?
Don't buy him dinner until afterward.
Would something like this work?
USB scope on Amazon
Some auto parts stores rent/loan tools, have you asked if they have a scope?
You know is early when you think, "Doesn't he mean boresight?"
Here is a 6' USB borescope for $12.65 shipped.

What i don't see in any of the USB units it angle of feild so if you stick it down a spark plug hole all you'll see it the top of the piston where a real unit will also have a 90 or 180 lens attachment so you can see valves and cyl walls.
