Centric Premium/Plain 120 rotors look to be well reviewed for street/DE and are reasonably priced at just over $200 for all four corners. Any benefit to spending double the money for Stoptech Sport Slotted rotors other than looks?

No.
You may not even like the feel of slotted (I hate it).
100% agree with Andy. Slotted, dimpled or drilled rotors are appearance parts.
I bought a car with drilled rotors, and they felt weird and made strange noises.
I've always used Centric's cheapest blanks. They survived Lemons races on a Civic and Thunderbird. They survived Time Trials on a G35.

Glad it's working for you, but the C-Tek line is essentially what you can get from any parts store. The 120 Premium is a cut above.
They all come from the same foundry, but the 120's are StopTech quality (Centric and StopTech are same company) but w/o the branding.
Being in an area that uses brine and/or salt every time there is even a mention of snow, I have made the move some years ago to coated rotors, typically Centric or Raybestos (depending on prevailing price / availability on Rock Auto). They tend to stay corrosion free in the hat area and on the outer diameter for as long as the pads live. Purly cosmetic, but that is reason enough for me to spend a few extra $'s every couple of years when a vehicle needs a brake service.
Seems we just had a discussion about after market brakes and if they are worth it. Probably been more than one.
I cannot speak to the ones mentioned so there is that.
My first 2 mods to a car after it is paid off is exhaust and brakes, unless it's for off road.
I put $2800 of brakes on my 987.1 Cayman S when I paid it off. Not worth that.
Judge me how you will but I am a canyon carver.
Aluminum hat Girodisc and carbon metallic pad big brakes. They will plant your eyeballs on the inner windscreen, but the stock brakes would too with the right pads. The dust is real, if I cared about that. +20mm maybe was not worth what I paid.
The money I would not have saved would have went to a gt3 throttle body and a couple other things. I was making stupid money at the time.
That said, I will chop you hard out west or on the Dragon. They are that good, but $2500 good, no.
Yeah Centric premiums or blanks are fine. I've never bought slotted/drilled etc and probably never will, they're features that have or had some use in specific conditions or with specific pads but generally carry more disadvantages than advantages.
Planning on G-Loc R8 pads (novice DE and 50% street driven) along with SRF on this build for my wife, sounds like the Centric 120s will fit the bill and allow more cash toward seat time!
I'd love to see a legit comparison from Centric C-teks to the 120s because I have yet to see a reason to go any higher spec than C-tek.

How do they feel different? Admittedly I've never gotten slotted rotors because I subscribe to the 'it's just show' thinking for them. I figured they'd feel pretty much exactly the same.

At the RXNC this year, there was a V6 Civic where they did the swap their own way and just shoved the entire front subframe from the V6 donor under the car. I loved the concept because that means there are no weird swap parts to try to find in the east end of nowhere if an axle breaks or something.
They had slotted rotors. You could hear the loud buzzing/clicking sound halfway across the field every time they applied the brakes

So...Centric premium or Stoptech Sport?
Whichever is shipping from the same place as other stuff in my Rock Auto cart. I've had fine experiences with both.

While I'm sure the Premium is a better quality rotor, it would have been wasted money. The cheap ones would last through 2-3 sets of Porterfield R4E pads and never had an issue with warping or cracking. Not spending money on rotors saved me some $$ for better pads and pads>rotors when it comes to stopping and heat.
