Caffeine and Carburators this Sunday the 19th 8am-11am at Pine and Elm in New Canaan Connecticut.

My photos will be less than stellar, as I was fighting crowds and shadows all morning.

The day started off with coffee at Zumbach's. The girl behind the counter was wearing a Rothman's fire suit.

I've seen at least seven 512BBs this week.

There were two AC Bristols.

There were actually a lot of McLarens there.

Words can not explain how amazing this event is. The quality of the cars they get is literally astounding!

I checked the link above and it's pretty impressive. New Canaan is about a 3-hour drive for me and I already have other plans this weekend. But I'm thinking that for the next one I could convince the wife to tag along if we plan a Saturday night B&B somewhere in Litchfield County. That's a nice area.

I try not to make a habit of gratuitously bumping threads, but I'm going to bump this one, just in case folks from the south or mid-west need a reminder to jump in the car right berkeleying now and point it north or east (as appropriate), so that they arrive by 8am.

You don't want to miss this.

I'm home already, sorry I didn't see this earlier. There were so many cars there that I didn't even see a Walgreens. I was parked down in the Porsche ghetto behind the Saddlery.

No worries Woody. Walgreens is the first lot on the left side of Pine Street where the row of Vipers were parked just a few buildings away. We usually have a good turnout of BMW's that meet there. I'll look for you at the May event in Waveny Park.
