Yeah I know, with a name like DrBoost I'm a failure not knowing what model this is, but here I am.

This turbo came with a car I bought (turbo Dodge), I was told it was a hybrid of a Garret and he had no idea what. I'm hoping the brain-trust here can help me.

I forgot to get an overall picture, but I can do that, or get any other pics you need today.  Thanks in advance.

Looks like a regular t3.

Does it have the rectangle flange or the offset bolt hole?

Hot side looks like standard internally wastegated t-3. Cold side, I’m not sure about...

Regular T3 pattern + .63 a/r turbine housing means it's probably off a 85-86 T-bird turbo coupe iirc. I think it was used on same-period Mustang SVOs as well.

Yeah, standard 0.63 T3 hotside, which was also used on some of the earlier Volvo 240 turbos, and the cold side looks like a T3 too.  Kinda looks like the form factor of the Nissan compressor I'm currently running, but that has 'NISSAN' in big letters cast into the outlet pipe.

So it is a hybrid of sorts then. There’s not a heck of a lot of markings on it.
