In reply to glueguy: Yes, going there today, to wander around. I really like the Zephyrhills events, big enough to be interesting, but small enough to see everything.
I went there about 12 years in a row, and left every time saying, "This stinks, I'll never do that again". I'm finally smart enough to keep my word. Oh, and it's only about 20 minutes from my house. Worst show ever, and the most expensive for what you get.
Danny, when I retire and am bored to death (nearly suicidal), I'll ride over with you to keep you company.

Not harsh enough. Like I wrote, Zephyrhills is 20 minutes from my house, but I'm taking the 5 hour drive to Moultrie next Friday instead.
Z-hills is half non auto related, one quarter old junk that should have been tossed out, and the rest is cleaning supplies, metal polishes and Coker tire. They rely on new people moving to the area who don't know any better.
Oh and god help you if it rains... 20 percent of my visits involved being towed out of the parking swamp by a tractor.
Moultrie has the same entry price and can be packed with treasures.
