An LS powered mid-engined Chevette.

In all honesty I'm kinda disappointed that this hasn't already happened. So who's going to step up to the plate? I know now that it's been said, that several of you won't be able to shake the idea.

I still remember the Cadillac 500 powered Chevette that Hot Rod built back in the day. It was set back enough to be considered 'mid engine', of a sort. It ran 12s with no power mods, so like...230hp?

i think the easiest way would get an LS4 and subframe and just make a rear framing in the chevette the subframe can bolt to.

What about Getting an LS4 powered W-body. Add some turbos, then do it again in the back.

I always wondered what Magnante did with that thing. That and Freiburger's Cheap Thrills Dart are the two Hotrod projects I'd own.
