I want to put a rear mount turbo system in. My problem is cold piping routing. I was thinking possibly thinking something over the top, or under until reaching engine bay then slipping around front fender then in through side. Then what size should it be I am feeding a 350 with a t3t4 driven from one side of the exhaust.

Redo:

Under/ over won't make a huge difference as long as you have a decent intercooler. Under would be your best bet, though. As long as that intercooler is catching cool air, you're good.

If you make sure your cold side piping up to the engine has enough ambient cooling, you won't need an intercooler. Just compare surface areas.
