For the folks that watched the Chicago Cup race this past summer they had a battery powered CUV (small SUV) doing demo runs. They have done some other testing on ovals too.

Plot twist... NASCAR goes to SUV's in 2027. 😉

More importantly, what happens to Aussie V8 Supercars with no Camaro?

The series survived the loss of the Commodore and Falcon which means anything is possible. They have only been "Camaros" for a couple of years anyhow.

Toyota is joining next year with a Supra.

They'll do something like the Ford WRC Pumas. It's the upper 2/3 of a small CUV, really slammed. So picture a Chevy Trailblazer, or a Trax , missing about 8 inches from the rocker panels so it's down to a typical car height. Somebody ought to be able to generate that image,

Edit: Or a Buick Envista

Chevys entry will just be the spec body with a bowtie. No "model" just Chevrolet. I like the Caddy idea  but they will be gone soon too.
