New to me 964 C2. It's about 25 out. Car cranks but won't fire.
And suggestions?

LS swap? Miata? Sorry... Not very helpful, I know. Cars need fuel, fire, and squash to go vroom. Must be one of those.

Find the DME relay. Tap it. Drive away. (hopefully!!)

Tapping the relays... universal "No Start" fix for Porsche/VAG products from 1965 to present.

Next stop pick up spare DME and fuel pump relays. Keep in car always.

Unplug the O2 sensor. If someone used an aftermarket part instead of the Porsche OEM part the sensor shorts out when it gets wet because they don't have the same weather seal necessary for a rear mounted engine. When it shorts out the DME has a seizure. Sounds like you're talking about one that isn't wet but its worth a try.

Replace the O2 sensor with the correct part soon since you'll be running in open loop.
