Corona Timekiller 7: Volvo Garage Art

I picked up a cheap set of blue plastic engine covers from a ‘99-2000 V70R online to replace the black covers on my ‘98. 

Alas...the covers that arrived were in pretty deplorable condition and, as it turns out, won’t even fit on my car. So I decided to freshen things up a bit and hang it on the garage wall. 

I'm going to need some time to contemplate and become completely clear on how this piece makes me feel. What is it saying to me? What was the creator thinking and feeeeling when the inspiration came to him? It is surreal, abstract or to real to be?

I like it, good way to use a useless (to you/your car) part!
