It looks kinda swaybacked also.
That frame looks like it wants to divorce itself.

That would be a totally awesome fly and drive adventure! Freiburger style.

Oh goodness no, that is dream talk, I am not in the position to hop a plane to Vegas, drive to Utah and drive a ragged Pinto across the county, that may be a retirement deal, not now!

Weird that I want this, but when is the last time you saw a GMT400 Escalade?
I had kind of forgotten that generation could only be had in Tahoe length, as it seems most of the GMT800 and 900 models I see on the road are the extended wheelbase version. Also, it is the only one that is actually 4WD instead of AWD.
With the way old truck prices are going, I'm probably going to regret not contacting this person and immediately buying it, even though I'm not overly interested in it. Seems like an easy fix and flip: 1977 F150 Super cab

That will be easy. With the 6.9 normally aspirated diesel that truck is gutless and slow as dirt.
But it will still be running long after fancy diesels end up wheels up in the bone yard.
A real Cord is out of my price range, this is a bit more doable: Graham Hollywood
Way too pricey for me, but this would be so cool to throw a newer drivetrain into and preserve what's left of the 70's groovitude: https://cincinnati.craigslist.org/cto/d/amelia-1976-chevrolet-g10-van-boogie/7606203111.html
