My Son has an 02 Marquis LSE. We have some 06 Mustang 18's that will up his high school cred considerably. But. The offset is off. The wheels themselves rub in the rear. So, anyone know how much of a spacer to use. It will not be a racecar.

You're better off selling the 18's for a set of 94-04 Mustang wheels, which fit.

What jav said. Sell the 18s. Find some sn95 mustang 17s. Cheap all day long in cl. Also tires will be considerably cheaper.

Conversely, swap the '02 MGM for an 03+ and the '06 wheels will fit perfectly. laugh

The difference in offset is roughly 15mm depending on which version of what wheels are being compared. Since OE wheel fitments typically leave plenty of gap to the bodywork, I would say a set of 1" bolt-on spacers would get the current combination straightened out.

IF, and I mean if the wheels are 7 inch wide, They may fit the rear. I tried running 03+  wheels in the back of a 2000 vic and it worked.

'03 is year change for panther wheels. '05 is a year change for 'stangs. So the '03 mustang wheels would fit better on a '02 (or 2000) than the '06 wheels.

Now my head hurts!

Put a straight edge across the back side of both rims and measure to the hubs, subtract from the width and figure from there if it will rub the shock and how much spacer you can run

I love GRM. Hard to believe there are other people in the world as crazy as me.
