The cute factor is waay up there but... Woody and Joey are right. Needs body colored steelies with wide whites.

Wheels/color certainly make it look like a mid-90s build.

I'm probably the 1% on this one, but I always thought the Renault 8 was adorable.

Others might go for "ugly."
