Won't matter in Georgia, if the State does as good a job as it did on a murder case I sat on, the jury of Georgians won't feel a bit of sympathy, in fact they'll probably ask the judge to fine him, just because. Sometimes I love Georgia...
And I share the sentiment of most on here, I wish there were more 'consequences' when someone knowingly and willfully does something to harm another...
