Probably almost all of it. I saw stuff like that a lot working in general aviation. Lots of expensive toys qith no desire to maintain them.

I'm a little surprised that AMG of all places would do a giant wasted spark coilpack on each bank, and run twin plugs per cylinder instead of just coil-on-plug driving a single plug.
Did they think it would save money or something?
Maybe they figured otherwise people would replace them piecemeal and have 12 breakdowns instead of 2.
