This thing live just a short drive up Cayuga lake from me. I've seen it while driving by. Neat.
I'm glad someone(else) built that, but it looks like it would make a crappy boat, and isn't exactly setup for road trips either. So other than not worrying about shallow water, dry-docks, or boat lifts/ramps, what exactly does it accomplish?

Of everything at the Lane Motor Museum, their amphibious LARC might be my favorite. Here's a video showing how "easily" is navigates city streets.
That's fun. Pointless, but fun. His SO has "interesting" taste in clothing.
He needs to make the rear steering gear lift out of the way during boating. Its killing his speed.
