Does anyone have recommendations for DIY bed liners (roll/ brush in or spray cans)? How have they held up?
My Ranger has a drop in but it is kind of torn up and I don't particularly like it.

Do you have a compressor? If you do, go buy a shutz gun and purchase the liner from a body-shop supplier. Much better than using rattle-cans. The gun is like $20

Just a little pancake compressor.
I sprayed Al's Liner in my Jeep's tub. I really like it. Sprayed it with a drywall texture gun.
It can be brushed/rolled on too.
I brushed Herculiner on the inside of my XJ. It was easy to apply, dried fast and has held up great so far.
I just fixed a open trailer deck for a friend. He brought a Raptor liner kit to coat the ramps and deck. Went on well with the included shutz gun. It was easy and you mix everything in the bottle then hook the bottle to the gun. Sprayed fine with my nothing special compressor.
I've shot a good bit of Raptor liner. I really like it a lot. TP Tools is usually the cheapest place to buy it and the kit includes the gun.
Also done the herculiner here, and went surprisingly well. Just make sure to mix the hell out of it, and really dig to the bottom of the can, to get the correct and consistent grit.

Used Herculiner inside my XJ and K20 truck cab w/ good results. Stipple roller, keep mixed as solids will settle. Small drill paint mixer. Wear cheap disposable paint coveralls and gloves.
Sprayed the Dupli-Color liner underhood w/ that gun. Firewall, fenderwells, header panel. Nice finish, touch up w/ spray can.
There might be better stuff out there now, it's been a while now.
Did I say wear painter coveralls and gloves.
