Closest to multilink in front I can think of is the EF honda civic design, double wishbone with a torque arm run to the front subframe to modify the arc. Also used in many luxury cars, possibly the new bmw suv thats ditching struts, if I interpreted the diagram correctly. Most still just call that double wishbone however.
