Obviously insane, but if this was even remotely close to reality my 5-speed vert should be worth north of 15k...

  1. What's with the carpet on the drivers side?

  2. 107k is not 'Very Low Mileage'.

  3. The yellow marker pen writing on the strut tower?

  4. Automatic and wanting $13k?

Seems to be some further confusion where written words say 318i but pictures revel 325i
With a manual, a '91 318is would be desirable. This is neither a manual nor a 318is ??

Good point on the 318/325. It's probably fake then.

No, not a fake. It is clearly a '91 325i 6cyl car.
My guess is that he heard that '91 318's are desirable, that, or he just does not know jack about e30's

There was an Alpine 318is with ~180k on it that was in pretty awesome condition with an asking price of $7,000. Even for a nice stock E30 that's a HUGE sum of money.

This is why I went with an E36... I LOVE E30s. I can't afford one anymore. I had one when I was like 19... now I'm 31 and I can't afford one? WTF?!

My dad will sell anybody here a 1991 318 manual vert with gold BBS basketweaves and caps (one slightly damaged, say BBS not BMW), less than 70k miles and in as good condition as you will ever see one that hasn't been restored... For half of that!

(Yes it is for sale, but no, we don't really want to sell it)

I looked at a clean E30 Cabrio for 10K. 80 thousand miles and a stick shift had me considering it. By the time SWMBO said yea, it had been bought.

A good one is worth good money.

Are they really going for that? We haven't really had any takers at 8.

Fake advertisement. Not fake car.
