eBay promotes the heck out of $200X Challenge

Our friends at eBay just dropped 3.2 million e-newsletters with the $2008 Challenge as the lead story. There is a picture of Andy's Beetle and promotion for next year's event. Yeah!!!!

I noticed that! I got an email from ebay a couple of days ago about the challenge! Well done!

For those of us who didn't get it, would it be possible to post the content on the GRM site?

I was surprised and impressed at the same time. Pretty cool that they did that. I guess it's an easy way to stretch their own advertising dollar for sponsoring the event. Really cool that it got that kind of exposure though.

FWIW half of my parts for my hoped to be challenge car were sourced from ebay, and I have also recouped a bit by selling some too.

I think it's great. Imagine if the Challenge rolled around and there were 100 entrants! It would be neat to see it grow in stature and reputation.

I get irrelevant crap from ebay on a daily basis, and they didnt send me this?
