My Zx2 has been reading OBDII code P1131 after a clutch replacement. While we were bolting the catalytic converter back to the exhaust manifold, a manifold stud broke. I COULD replace the bolt, or for about $139xx more I could do less work and replace the stock manifold with a Pacesetter.
Turbo manifold or you're a pansy!!!
Doooooo eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet.
You have no choice, you are a GRMer
If you need reasons, the headers will make your engine breath better, exhaust sound will be knarlier, your manliness will increase 7.4% and your sperm will be able to double clutch.
let me see... less work on your part, better power, better sound, better efficency... and probably less weight. Why do we have to enable you?

Because my wife enabled me and I got scared.

It'll pay for itself with the increased fuel economy, and the decreased fuel usage will help save the planet. Quit being so selfish and do it already!!

Wait, you have the OK and you still asked.
Who are you and where is N Sperlo?

HAHA. Got the same response from my friend when I texted him.
P1131- 02 sensor not heating. check the wires.
In case you didn't already know.

I didn't exactly "check" them, but the sensor hasn't been there very long. I recently soldered it in. Although I WAS getting a reading off of it (very low power). I was using Torque.
EDIT: In addition, I believe bad wiring would actually throw the dummy light. I have no light, but I still have the code showing up in torque.

sounds pretty compelling. I'm convinced.
Not to be that guy, but isn't Pacesetter known for their horrendous quality?
Now its code P1132 indicating "lack of upstream heated oxygen sensor switch - sensor indicates rich- bank no 1"
Weird stuff.
Get header. You have the perfect reason!

Anyone else? I would like to know before getting them.

I had a tubular pacesetter header on my sr20ve sentra. It was on an sr20de sentra for about 5 years before that. It survived maine winters and roads. It also made metric E36 M3 loads of power on my sr20ve.
Mine was not cast, though.
In reply to Taiden:
The effect should be similar then. The 2.0 Zetec as compared to 2.0 SR. Did you have stock exhaust behind it, though?
Also, my RB20 laughs at your SR20.
Pacesetter headers make good power, but have a reputation of not lasting long.
This is because everyone is cheap and doesn't spring for the better coatings.
They're cheap, make good power, and fit fine.
LOTS of power using them on a kl.
I think Pacesetter gets a bad rap because they only sell mild steel headers that are painted. If you scratch them up, they'll rust. Coat them or wrap them and take care of the darn things and they're just as good as any other entry-level header.
That said, their exhaust systems suck. They sound horrible and sometimes make less power. Bleh.
Headers are fine though. They fit well enough (on a KA24 anyway) and make power.
In reply to Javelin:
So put some wrap on them? Paint them? The ones I'm looking at are painted black. Looks powder coated. I hear the wrap can sometimes make them crack, but maybe that was with a turbocharger. Any suggestions?

190 hp at the crank naturally aspirated?
I dont have it anymore, though. Sadly. Great engine.

RB20 = 215 at the wheels.... not.. naturally aspirated.
