I am the proud owner a little piece of import history. It was built by AT engineering in conjunction with Corky Bell. Was featured in road and track magazine as a featured car 1988. Then again and Turbo and high-tech performance if you years back. There's a picture of its watergate in Corley bells book "boosted" I have a signed copy of it
I think it has roughly 12,000 miles on the odometer right now. I see right hand drive CRX is being imported for 8 to 12,000 now. Trying to get a real value on the car.
Thanks

I used to buy parts for my Civic 1200 from AT Engineering. Those guys (Carmine and Serge) and Jackson Racing were pretty much the only ones who had stuff for pre-1984 Hondas at that point, and AT was only about 15 minutes away from me. Some of their parts and solutions were a little sketchy at the time.
What you are looking for is (Fair Market) + (Provenance Value) = (Actual Value) =/= (What you can sell it for)
I think you have x2 challenges:
1) Buyers looking for a Honda CRX are probably minimally in provenance. Honda CRX is not really a a collector's item yet. Meaning, those interested in provenance are not buying yet.
2) It may be worth more than a imported CRX, but finding your ideal buyer who is willing to pay a premium is a challenge to say the least.
Put it on bring a trailer and hope there's a couple guys that want it ?

I sold a stock mint condition 1991 CrX with 80k for $8900 several years ago. An 88 with 12k would be worth more then that.
