F Jedi vs F1000?

Roughly equivalent? Are there manufacturers or are most of the cars homebuilt in each series?

Very similar concept after looking them up, the big difference I can see is that an F1000 is a much bigger car

Looks like the Jedi is a spec car with various powerplants.

I had never heard of Formula Jedi until this thread. Do they run these in the US? Looks like a cool concept.

With all the old FSAE cars floating around there has to be some way of coming up with a homebuilt series based on that general concept... Even for fat guys like me!
