It kinda looks like a baddass version of the original WRX. One thing that doesn't work for me is how you have to access the motor from either inside the car or from underneath.

This is slick as snot! I love it! I haven't checked this thread in awhile and am truly impressed, more than 50 pages, and some fantastic work. Even olpro finally put something up! At least on the FFR thread.

Just found the contest.

I don't have the drawing skills but my wallet would open up for an updated Porsche 356 mid engine 2 seater Coupe. Mild outlaw look. "Evolved" like many cars that grew in size.

We're getting a TON of great stuff this week. Like...a lot.

For the first time, I'm glad I'm NOT a judge because they have a very tough job ahead.

To Lundefaret, i think i had a similar impulse, designing a car like this is a dream project!

Krozn, this is really looking good! I still think the front end looks a tad big for a mid engine car. I'd like to see the center of the hood lower/smaller, but overall it looks great! I especially like the rear end.

Great design! I love the side and rear views. I thought it looked just a tiny bit Miata-ish from just the front view, but seeing the side and rear completely take that a way (a good thing IMO). Nice work!

I think the best design here isn't in any of the pictures... The real masterpiece of how they're getting all the styling input, which is consuming 1000s of hours of people's time, for basically nothing. Imagine what they'd have to pay a stylist, versus giving away one kit at cost. It's brilliant, and a real eye-opener (for me at least) into human nature. Maybe I'm a little jealous.

This competition needed more napkin sketch, so that's what I did. I just entered these.

@Yeahmaha: original rear overhang required is well managed front will looks better with windshield less high

same remarks for Xabier or Hyriu, i knows that it's the template which rule that. But you've made some good designs which could be better with a more nasty height.

On the second and third compositions I tend to admired the other cars more b/c it's more defined and finished. Especially the police one. It take away from what you are trying to sell. Just my 2 cent.
