At least I think this is his.

Well, my Caprice may not be white or a Crown Vic for that matter, but I sure as hell autocrossed it!
Harry Grove Stadium in Frederick. I was at that event running my old Maxima (the 2nd biggest car there that day, lol). I think Shawn ^^ you were there too with the MSProtege. I was trying to beat Katie's times in my land-yacht :)

Nope I was setting up for the DC SCCA event the next day that Saturday assuming the date is correct.
I didn't realize so many GRMer's run up there with Capital Driving Club. I ran two or three times with them at Harry Grove last year. Fun group.

Dude, us Capital Driving Club members are all up in this camp.
I haven't run with them for several years now, but Ed Chan is a great guy (and has a rockin' Triumph TR6). I always had a good time at their events, but I've pretty much lost the motivation for autocross in the last year or two...Might take the rallycross car out to a CDC event this year just for fun though, to see how many degrees of body lean I can do on sticky tires :)
CDC is a good place to find some LBC's running in stock-ish condition, rather than a gutted shell of a spitfire with a rotary that you'll find at SCCA events.
I used to run with them all the time. In fact, there is a good chance one of those Family Truckster vids above is me driving. I remember taking a hotlap in it on V710s at one of its last events. I was able to lay down a time in the top 10 for the day. Car drives surprisingly well on such a tight course. The soft rear suspension can really put down power pretty well, and its super easy to steer with the throttle (remember it runs that course in 1st gear).
CDC is a good group of guys. I used to hate the way they run (super slow/laid back compared to WDCR), but kind of embrace it now. They really don't have access to good lots though :( Harry Grove blows. I remember one of the organizers playing with a radar gun there one day and the fastest cars of the day were clocking a high speed of... 40mph.
