Fix the S30 or Z31 to take to christmas?

The S30 needs the l28et dropped in. But by christmas I'd be stuck with the 4 speed. I'd probably have to buy a clutch and a fuel pump but not really a big deal. Oh and build an exhaust but I have half of that stuff any way.

The Z31 needs the VG30DETT Swap finished. Fmic piping made, full exhaust made. Wiring done (know how/what just need to do it, order drive shaft, probably swap rear subframe/control arms that has my heim joints on it.

Both would need a hitch installed and Id be towing a small utility trailer home with maybe some furniture on it. 5 hours home. I've towed with Z31's in the past just fine. But the S30 would be way easier to finish...Id just have to make a custom hitch.

Oh and other wise I'd be driving from columbus ohio to sanford florida then on the way home to near symerna,tn back to columbus. My standard trip to see the grandparents fora holiday.

Does "on it" mean the furniture is exposed on a non enclosed trailer driving through possible rain, slush and salt? If so, rent a minivan for the entire trip.

Z31. S30 with the 4 speed wont be fun from an economy point of view.
