I love their products.

However, I would be remiss if I didnt mention that last time I placed an order with them my account was charged and 5 weeks later I still hadnt seen or heard anything. I attempted to reach their customer service, blog, AND facebook pages and received no response over the course of a week from any of them (I still havent). I then contested the charge with my bank. It was granted.  THEN my stuff came in the mail with a 25% off future orders note and sorry for taking so long.  No other communication from them. 

Like I said, I love love love their books and my son really likes them.

Thanks for sharing. I remember seeing him at Road Atlanta–could it have been a Mitty from the early '90s?–and I believe that I got his autograph. Now where it is,  I do not know.
