I just pulled a set of genuine Delco Pleasurizer shocks off my car. I do believe I know why I liked driving it so much. Any other really cool parts names that you know of? Current names like Skyactive and Ecoboost seem tame and boring compared to what they used to come up with.

Old cars are loaded with cool names. Ford-O-Matic, Cruise-O-Matic, Wonderbar, etc.
Lots of parts on my '62 Sprite bear the cryptic legend "MOWOG"...
Which I eventually learned was a sign of their "Morris-Wollsey Group" ancestry.
Super Strato-Flash V8
That's a Chevy 283 Power Pack engine in a 1957 Canadian Pontiac.
Can anyone (without using google) tell me what "Nave Plates" are?
BMW guibo. Cannot be said without a smirk.

I will forever refer to this as the "Not An Ashtray".
Not very exciting but the Nash/ Rambler 'Weather Eye' always intrigued us as kids... like, ask the Rambler if it's gonna rain today.
Most of my cars have come with a 710 plug on the engine somewhere. Still wondering that that is for.
All this was on the air cleaner of my 66 Olds:
Ultra high compression super rocket V8
425 cubic inches
Use premium fuel only.
My 1964 Skylark had the 225ci "Fireball V6". I'm glad it didn't live up to it's name.

Shhh. You must not speak the name, lest the smoke escape.

how can you beat the "Ford Probe" and it was marketed to women.
Wankel
I saw a T shirt years back that said
"You want to see my Wankel?"
I have never been able to say "Wankel" from that day forward with out chucking.
Right now, the thread directly below this one refers to "mounting bungs"
Toyota's TEMS system (Toyota Electronic Modulated Suspension - variable air shocks) was called Pegasus in some markets.
Toyota SuperStrut - a McPherson-like suspension system with multiple ball joints used on the AE111 coupes, gives a less horrific camber curve than traditional macstruts.
The Revolver - an aftermarket articulated shackle for the Samurai, out of production IIRC.
Ox Locker - mechanically-actuated locker for Wranglers
Gecko Locker - mechanically actuated locker for Samurais, never made it to production.
Ford SuperCooler - an AC-powered CAI boost. The AC cooled a water reservoir that would then cool the intake piping for a short boost of power. I don't think this ever made it to production either.
I had a 1965 Cadillac Coupe De Ville equipped with the Twilight Sentinal. It turned on the lights automatically, as twilight fell over the land.
My aftermarket exhaust said SportsAusPuffenLagen on the box. I lol'd.
A while back I had a Corvette and my buddy had a Porsche 944. We were replacing his clutch slave, and he pulls the new one out of the box and it says, in huge cast-in letters on the side: Eff-Eh-Gee.
Now I know that Porsches are supposed to be classy and sophisticated and that Corvettes have a reputation as being driven by gold-chain wearing swingers, but at least my parts never questioned my sexuality.

Not just for Wranglers. They make OX lockers for most dana diffs and the ford 8.8.

Near as I know, that was going to be used on the third-gen Lightning, and when they axed that, the SuperCooler went with it. It was for use with an intercooler, not just a regular CAI, and on the test mules was good for ~50hp for ~30 seconds.
