Wasn't that hard considering I was the only person running GS. Though there were 42 entrants into SMS. Now I just have to wait until the full results get posted so I can find out how I did overall. Also waiting for pics to get posted, silly me forgot the camera this morning.
Congratulations! Where did you run?
At the SIA Subaru Challenge. Subaru only autocross in the employee parking lot facing State Road 38. You did catch my reference to me winning on a technicality right, Pete? I also came in DFL in class.
Well congrats! Let us know how the overall comes out!

we usually congratulate a one car class winner with the line.... LOOKS LIKE YOU TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY DOMINATED YOUR CLASS TODAY.... tends to get a pretty good laugh
Congrats
I also won HS at Ft Wayne today, had a huge group of 4 competitors...lol
Good news is the Elantra was fast and fun and even the OEM tires were
decent.
Congrats! The best I ever did was finish third...............but it was in a class of three.
My daughter likes to ask me if I won or lost my class at the local AutoX.....
Typical answer is YES !!
Rog
Congrats!
I managed a 10th and 11th overall (field of 38) this weekend at NJMP Lightning. I was stoked just to be in in the top 10.

Yeah, never knock the Elantra. One of my fiercest competitors drove one in HS when I was campaigning the corolla. If it didnt tend to three wheel through the tight turns he would have surely picked up those hundredths and beat me every time instead of half the time!
My comment when they were handing out the trophies was "Woohoo! I beat myself."
You ever see a photo of yourself in grid and think wow I really do need to get back into shape.
To give you an idea of the course layout try this.
Still waiting to see results posted. FTD was somewhere in the 37's. My best two were a 42.877 with one cone, and 43.347 clean. Funny thing is that even with the cone that fast run still beat my first of the day at 44.975.
Found the link for results, looks like I finished 57th on pax, 71st raw time, and 10th in the novice class. FTD was 37.267. I did beat 20 of the SMS field, which by far was the biggest class with 45. 91 total entrants on the day.
This is one a lot of people were drooling over. Yep 22B fender flares and an ej20 under the hood. 8000 rpm redline goodness.
