Reminds me of when my grandmother was dying, the night she died actually (hospice tends to be mercifully short) and basically all of her children and their children were in the same room in hospice, and someone points out that my birthday was the previous week, and everyone starts saying "Happy Birthday", and I'm like, guys, you know, this is really not what I want to be reminded of when people say "Happy Birthday".
(then at the funeral, we're sitting in the funeral home during the viewing, and my mom is next to me, and she is looking at me intently, and she says with grave seriousness... "Pete, you have gray hairs in your temples." No E36 M3 ma, I'm 38, this happens to people.)
