They're only 10:1 out of the box, pistons and and might as well do some headwork and mild head decking to get it into the 12:1 range when paired with E85 and cams should EASILY yield 240whp, and potentially another 20 more, in a rev happy package that can spin above 8000rpm depending on what you do with the heads.

I know people build NA klzes, but does anyone done one with an aggressive compression bump designed to run in conjunction with E85. I'm really wishing that KLs weren't such a pain in the ass to work on when in a BG chassis, they fit, but once in everything in a tight squeeze and difficult to maintain and repair.

I'll let you know in the near future. The Wu-Tang Financial Probe is gonna get some high comp pistons to go with the cams and ITB setup we just got.

I love everything about this. ITBS make for the icing on the cake, especially with the sounds from KL motors.

Your results and the soundtrack, maybe enough to make me think, do I need an MX6? No, but do I want an MX6...

I am all in on the Mazda K motors. I came up with a idea for a K based motor that I want to try some time. Adding E85 never crossed my mind but now I think it would be absolutely spectacular. Add in ITBs and  "Oh My" that is ticking all the right box's
