About ten years ago, pretty much every brake line kit came with a tree of these little retainers. Drill a 6mm hole, pop in the grommet, clip in the little lego man's arm and Bob's your uncle. A simple, clean retainer for 3/16" lines that isn't a bent piece of metal or a P-clip.
Fast forward to today and my stash is depleted. I can find the Dorman equivalent but I don't like it as much. It holds the line too far off the panel and the tree connector is not my fave.
The one, single hit I found was at a Delorean specific vendor and I want to buy in bulk

No dice at those places.
They come in the kits of "pre-made" brake lines from Moss Motors and we only see those if the customer provides them. I will reach out to our sales rep there.
Let me know if you need some insider contact at Moss. But if it's in their LBC stuff, I'd be looking for UK-based suppliers.
In the UK:

https://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk/p/brake-line-clip-3-16-pack-of-10-blc-3
Apparently used on Defenders (old ones, I assume):
https://www.brookwell.co.uk/product/eurospare-brake-pipe-clip-crc1250l
And that gives us part number CRC1250L, which yields many googles. Such as the fact that they're made by Britpart and Eurospares and Allmakes and everybody makes parts for old Landies.
Also, there are different sizes (as seen from the merlin link). Here's a 9mm for fuel lines.

Thanks for that part number. That really opens the search up
