Help me pick a clutch and other parts for LS build

After a long delay my long block will be here in 2 weeks. (Aluminum Block, good stock heads with better springs and mild cam)

Car is 2002 Camaro SS LS1 6 speed

Use is Track day/daily driver.

On the clutch I am debating between an LS7 kit and a McLeod RST Street twin (twin disc clutch).

I will be transferring all accessories over. 

I have SS long tube headers.

I already have an Improved Racing Oil pan baffle ready.

I have an ls6 intake.

Wanting to get a 10% underdrive ATI Balancer. Opinions?

Factory LS3. Nice and smooth. Should have no trouble handling that engine and it'll be nice and smooth with a good pedal.
