Hopefully this month I'll be talking to their media peeps on the air. They've got a facebook page, too.

They don't provide any medical coverage! Participate at your own risk.

Do any race series have medical coverage?

Why do they hate fast cars you may actually want to race? An s2000 can't compete much less a c5

In reply to icaneat50eggs:

Closing speeds? This is an endurance series, so no run groups, everyone on track at the same time, right? Also having an emphasis on less-expensive cars, and a relatively high proportion of new(er) drivers... And of course the emphasis here is on budget racing, and neither of those are cheap, and the Vette's going to go through consumables in a non-fiscally-responsible fashion.

I'm just guessing, of course.

having a series classed on power to weight sounds great on paper if you have never been to an actual event, but there's something called handling that matters more then power 80% of the time on a roadcourse.

You'll need to log in to post.
