I mean, it has the whitewalls and everything right?
In all serious, is this thing a V8 & RWD? If so I may have found my drift car for next season.

Eldorados were never RWD. Ever. They were FWD even in the 60s.

One even had another 500ci engine and transaxle in the back making it All Wheel Drive!

Que?
(Trivia: Until 1975, the ONLY place you could get a 500 was the Eldorado. Rear drive cars had the 472. In 1975, they put the 500 in the rear drivers, probably because the 500 made like 180hp and the 472 was even worse)
(CSB: I did an engine and trans R&R in a '74 Eldo. The hood is maybe 100 pounds and is held in with six bolts. The engine was the first time I ever saw our cherrypicker flexing. (The second time was the 6.6 Duramax that I'm still in the process of putting together as time permits) The trans came out with the cherrypicker, as it is INCREDIBLY heavy, too. Picture if a 4T60 was made out of iron and also had an iron diff stuck on the end, and everything was 6/4 scale. Huuuge.
Tans guy said they have never seen a TH425 wear out or have damage, they only ever clean up, inspect, and reassemble with new gaskets/seals.
BTW, I'm wrong. I forgot that the Eldorado name was used in the 50s. my stepfather once entertained the possibility of buying a '55 Eldo.
