Good afternoon everyone, my name is Steve and I am an addict
I pale to your backyard awesomeness; I only have 4 vans, 4 Neons, and a Duster.
9 seems aplenty to me, and I wouldn't mind unloading some of those.
2 LeMons cars
3 trucks
wife's daily
4 camaros
2 novas
1 57 chevy
1 55 chevy
1 M3
1 65 buick

Is that too many?
Assuming all of aussiesmg's are street legal that would be $1,092 every two years in registration alone! Assuming the stickers were renewed in a timely fashion...it's another $280 if they're all late! Then there's insurance, maintenance, oil changes...
What kind of business do you own and how can I hop on this gravy train!?
'04 Chevy Venture=family vehicle
'97 Impreza Brighton=being built for Rallycross and Solo2
'93 Impreza L=wife's DD
I only have one car, but there are 5 total at my house.
96 legacy outback
99 grand prix gtp
95 neon nyg acr
87 milano gold
70 c/10 longbed
Only 3 here, and only 2 are mine. John has another 3 and 1 is usually hanging out here since I have parking for 5-6. I usually have at least 3 cars and it's been really hard on me to only own two for so long because I've been accustomed to at least one "long term project" to fiddle with.
As soon as I find the right AMC project for my 401 that I've had longer then my house I'll make it 3 for me again, plus her Grand Prix.
We do always seem to have a lot of motorized "toys" though. The electric road-legal scooter has been the best buy ever.
'00 Legacy - towcar, racecar, commutercar, vacationcar
'94 Miata - least expensive street car to run ever
'91 CRX - ZC-powered hot rod, currently busted due to the replacement engine having no compression
'94 Accord - LeMons car
'06 Arrow AX-8/Rotax - racing workhorse
2 Triumph Spitfires (at Dad's house)
1 Galant VR4
2 1st Gen RX-7s
1 85 Nissan 720
1 92 Miata
1 Suzuki SX4
I don't feel so bad now
yall are making me feel bad. I only have 4
1997 Subaru Outback
1996 Mazda Miata
1978 Plymouth Volare
2008 Honda S2000
...and I'll probably sell the Volare and Outback :(
I'm gonna say you guys don't have homeowners associations :)
I only have three right now....
1970 Triumph GT6
2009 Subaru WRX
2008 Toyota 4runner
recently departed: 1990 Jeep Cherokee, 2000 Nissan Maxima, and a 2nd GT6 parts car..
when you can't afford/mooch/beg a place to park any more of them, then add 1. thats enough cars. of course, you'll always have to be driving one of them at any given time, but thats not a problem
"..One's too many, and a hundred ain't enough.."
How come none of y'all are hanging around when my non-gearhead friends are shaking their heads because I have three..
We're down to 10. It felt good sending what little was left of #11 to the crusher. Of what we have now, getting down to 9 would be about ideal. I can manage 9. Barely.
GregTivo's Volare sounds interesting though...

I sold a couple others before moving and made sure I didn't buy where there was a HOA.
66 Mustang
67 RS SS Camaro conv
70 Wildcat
70 Firebird
81 Malibu
84 Suburban
86 widebody Carrera conv
88 Nova Twin Cam
00 F-350 Dually
05 circle track flat kart
Fortunately, I have plenty of friends who are "enablers" and not much of my stuff "hangs around" at the house long enough to upset either my wife or my neighbors...
It helps to have a semi-retired heavy equipment salvage service owner as a good friend. I've had 6 of my cars parked in ONE of the bays in his large facility. I usually keep my trailer there too.
I have parking for 7 cars at my house, but usually only have 4 or 5 at the most with the rest scattered between the yard, the body shop, my shop and the gated/guarded underground parking garage at my office... ;)

I'm currently on the lookout for a P71 in all black with working spot lights and push bumper.
And I really need to retire the Durango and replace it with a turbo diesel of some flavor, currently favoring the Dodge Cummins or Ford 7.3L then sell my steel car hauler and replace it with a nice aluminum light weight enclosed one.
