For a street car, do you need to put slightly more positive camber, caster, or both on the driver's side?

I do not.  Road crown varies from road to road.  Not sure how you would account for it in a consistent manner.

I think the way most OE's address this is with neutral camber alignments.

OEMs typically do this (or used to) with increased caster on one side since it will not affect tire tracking the way camber will, and maintain symmetric camber. In my opinion, the approach is totally unnecessary. Different roads have different amounts of crown and modern highways don't have much at all. The effect is minor at best and I prefer to have a symmetric baseline; feeling any road crown is only an engagement bonus for me.
