So I have been really enjoying the Mercedeseses. Then the fuel pumps on the S-class failed and it's been f'ing cold so I have just let it sit since the beginning of January. I decided I REALLY prefer my E420 to the 300E, so I am going to transfer the AMG body kit to the V8 car and ditch the 6cyl. I didn't pay enough for any of these cars that just looking up a junk-car-taker-awayer on Craigslist will really lose me any money on these guys. So I think I am coming down to just one Mercedes: The V8 E-class that I am loving.
Anyway, I thought the Mercedes would be more like BMWs, with abundant performance parts and cool things to do to them. There really isn't that much, and I have been really enjoying playing with the Mustang.
So as we all know, nature abhors a void, and since I have re-fallen in new love with my old Mustang, I was looking at Mustangs. Now I find myself in the position where I am able to add not one, but two nice Foxes to the collection, a four-eye T-top 5spd GT and a nice convertible 5spd GT. I thought one was all right. I think two new ones is excessive, but I am in deep like with both of them. Sigh.
The convertible would be the summer driver. Either the New Edge or the Fox coupe would be track car... I really don't NEED three... Then I would still have the E420 for sedanly family duties, plus the MINI, which I am not really driving very often.
And you know, I probably wouldn't be agonizing over any of it, and, in fact, probably wouldn't even get rid of all the Mercedeseses if I had adequate car storage, but I really don't.
