I was thinking the same thing. It needs a gigantic unmuffled exhaust bent into some kind of whimsical shape. And the roof sawzalled off.
It appears it's setup as an RWD drag car, but it sure would have been nice if the seller had bothered to mention those details. 
At least he's not asking $5,000 for it. The price would indicate that he knows exactly what it is.
That needs to be a Challenge car.
