Someone over at the 2002FAQ discovered that Toyota sells a kits with two Japanese-made Koito lamps, plus bulbs, harness, and relays for a ridiculously low price (I paid $18), p/n 81110-60p70. There aren't really many good alternatives these days: Cibies are discontinued, and Hellas reportedly have gone to plastic lenses. The Koitos are really high quality and look perfect.
Thanks for the heads up! I grabbed a couple of sets to throw on the shelf for when I inevitably end up with more vSAABs or squarebodies.
Funny timing since I just installed a pair (that I bought from a deal here on the forum 10+ years ago, thanks Keith and FlyinMiata!) on my 95V4 last night.
Wow, thanks for the tip.....these will work well with my classic Minis. When I called my local dealer he thought there must be a mistake, but the KC warehouse had 8 in stock and I bought two sets. My cost was $24 plus tax, $52 total. I had to go to the dealer, he would only order them prepaid and wouldn't accept a CC over the phone.

I ordered mine to pickup at my local Toyota dealer.
I'm 75% convinced Toyota isn't going to fill this order.
Glad to pass it along. I ordered two sets from a local dealer - they were fulfilled and everything is there in the box as promised. I just installed one set in my 2002 yesterday; I didn't bother with the harness, since I've already got relays set up. The second set went on the shelf for future use. They're really nice pieces, every bit as high quality as older Hella and Cibie stuff from what I can see.
Edit: Giant photos for detail.
I've been moving to quality LEDs and replacing my H4s of late so I've got a few glass e-code housings on the shelf, but I'm tempted to pick up one or two of these just for the wiring harness.
I had to count, I have round 7" lights in at least 7 cars in the fleet.
You know, I was wondering as my 240Z has a lot of original parts on it, one headlight........kinda blows my mind in a way.
The sales rep called back and said there is only one headlight per $18 and asked if I wanted two. I said yes. We will see what actually turns up.
I think I paid $186 for the last pair of Koito lights I put in a customer car
In reply to Trent :
It's definitely the whole setup: two lamps, bulbs, and wiring harness. I can see how a modern parts guy would think it's only one, however, since it's all in one box and that's about the size of a modern headlight assembly.

I *almost* wanna call the Toyota dealership and see if I can get a set in Canada. Not sure I'd ever have a use for them tho...
