Anyone else hoping they come to the States?

I'd not heard of them, but it looks cool. I hope it's a $30-$40k rig & not something more expensive though.
"As for pricing, Ineos plans to position the Grenadier above affordable off-roaders like the Bronco and Wrangler but below the luxury level of the G-Class. Automotive News posits a price range between $75,000 and $120,000."
May as well buy a used Land Rover Defender, since it's basically a copy of that SUV.
In reply to stuart in mn :
Most information I've seen related to price has it between a new defender and wrangler/bronco, but I'm not "in the know" by any means.
under 50k and I'm in.

Couldn't find much in the way of specifications on the site.
Exactly.
Also.....Grenadier isn't exactly a great name IMO
Their YouTube channel has done a decent job of highlighting they development and specs of the vehicle: https://youtube.com/c/INEOSAutomotive
Only thing I'm skeptical about is the use of a bmw engine.
A restomod Landrover with a dash built by Radio Shack copying a 1970s fighter jet? What could go wrong!
I like the red TOOT button on the steering wheel with the pic of the bicycle.
Not really a restomod, doesn't share anything with a defender except the looks. It will be built in a Mercedes plant that Ineos has purchased and was engineered/developed with Magna-Steyr. I think military's, mining operations, and NGOs will gobble them up.

Hilariously, I had no idea what Ineos was... I figured it was some giant European appliance or pharmaceutical company like so many cycling sponsors, and I figured that was all that could afford to step in as primary sponsor for The Team Formerly Known As Sky.
I feel goofy not knowing it was a car company given that I follow cycling. I blame Ineos for not following through enough to capitalize on the coverage. I mean, I even know Bora makes kitchen fittings, and I don't even live in a country where I could ever buy their stuff.
But then, no... No $75-100k "luxury truck" for me, thanks. Even if it's good, I just can't.
In reply to Jesse Ransom :
It's not a car company. It's a whole group of holdings from industrial processing to fashion clothing. The sponsor almost every major sport, bu I knew the name from cycling before this post too.

Thanks! I think I'm even more convinced they're doing oddly on the marketing front; I had no idea, then I found out they did one thing, then it turned out I still had nearly no idea... "What do Ineos do? They're the new sponsors of Team Sky." I think Sky's doing well out of the bargain, though. Theirs is still the only actual good or service I think of when someone mentions Ineos (apart from the Grenadier, which is an odd name for a vehicle from a company trying to associate themselves with mine clearing efforts).
