No recommendations, but from reading the GRM article about them a year or so ago, they sound like incredible race cars.
There is a guy named Paul Helphenstine in central Florida that I became acquainted with in restoring old Saabs years ago. Former military if I recall correctly. I believe that he is still doing quality and -very- knowledgeable vehicle inspections. You can find him on facebook... If your experience is as good with this guy as mine was you will be very pleased.
I'm in Jacksonville but I don't know anyone qualified to inspect it for you.
I wonder if getting closer to GRM HQ in Daytona would help. I don't know if the guy is up for moving the car for a day.
