I saw a Jaguar F type coupe sitting in a parking lot today, the first one I've seen in person. This one was white with blacked out wheels, which is not my favorite color combination, but even so I thought it definitely looked better in the flesh than it does in photographs.
I've seen several and they look as nice or nicer than the adverts, which is unusual.
I think they look awesome, but 3600lbs and no manual?
I've driven one. The auto has a manual shift mode that works very well. You don't really feel the weight, felt as nimble as my RX8. The ECO mode took some getting used to but it does restart the engine as quick as you take your foot off the brake and move it to the go-pedal.
I saw one just after they went on sale. It was going the other way and I had to triple-take and had no idea what it was. What struck me is that it didn't look very big. I thought it was maybe the new Alfa version of the Miata. Looked great though.
Actually, not a lot bigger than a Cayman. Took a pic of it parked next to my boss's Cayman. Surprised me with the size too.

The one I saw last week sounded great. I don't know if it had after market exhaust or they just sound that good.
