Hey guys, new to the GRM forums. Wondering if there is a junkyard report/finds discussion - I searched but didn't see anything active. I came across a clean '77 924 at a Tacoma yard: http://row52.com/Vehicle/Index/9247204175

what sites do you guys use to scope out yards?

my shoes.

Around here, the yards won't sell an actual car. Or are you just looking for a list of cars for parts reasons?

Edit: Actually, car-part.com has been pretty reliable for me finding parts.

The self serve yards I go to recently integrated an inventory added function to their website. Before that, just show up, pay $2 and hope you get lucky. Used to suck cus it's an hour and a half drive away.

http://www.pickyourpart.com/locations/ Looks like they're part of LKQ which I've heard discussed here before, but I wanna say this board skews towards the eastern side of the US.

Pick-n-Pull uses an online inventory too.

I found an early '70s Maverick down there a couple of weeks ago, still intact.

ya the Row52.com tool looks to be using all of picknpull inventory but with pictures and email/text alerts.

You'll need to log in to post.
