i just traded two cars for my 95 325i , it's my 3rd bmw but my first that i will try to keep running and want to use as an occasional auto-x car .
it's a sedan with an m52 swap, zf "m3" trans and diff , exterior stuff, h&r cup kit, spa manifold, 60 trim master power turbo on 5psi.... besides a differential brace what suggestions do you guys have for me to make it a fun dd and not embarrasing auto-x car? the wheel and tire combo will eventually match the car since right now it's on stretched tires.
does it have the underbody brace that bolts the frame rails together. It looks like a giant X under the trans made of metal tubes. It is factory on the cabriolet and some M3s.
I refuse to assist in your quest until pics are posted....
i still have to take pix besides the sale add. the brace seems like a good idea
Sounds like a great find. Any idea how much power it's putting down with the turbo?
What are the illegal mods?
Illegal for stock autocross but who cares, run it aainst yourself and be happy.

it's probably doing about 250whp . today i'm going to give it a once ov er and order a boost gauge so i can bump it up to 8-10 psi, it has a cometic headgasket and arp headstuds too...
and i want to improve my driving skills as much as the car

i have a prosport performance series i pulled out of my Mazda before i sold it if you're interested. its the non-electronic version that blacks out when the car is off, and can be set up as amber all the time, or white during the day and amber at night.... pm me if you're interested.
^That's a nice gauge, i run them in the MX6.

In reply to 92CelicaHalfTrac:
i liked it alot, and it matched the mazda oem amber cluster almost perfectly
-That one, the 240 with the illegal mod.
-How do you know that's him?
-Cuz I'd drive it!
here's a pic, and the nardi i just bought and installed..
Nice. How what does it have for engine management?
It's too bad we can't touch anything like that with a ten foot pole in California. I'm sure it's a lot of fun to drive!
i'm unsure on management, it's tuned at 5psi, i assume a burned chip in the ecu... thanks on the kind words. hope to start making this thing real fun.
