I drove up in our S10 Blazer. The brake check is on the way down and Ken spins around and heads up.
I drove when the upper portion was dirt. It was tense at 35mph.

Then you'd probably be lance armstrong

These videos were interesting when they used ostensibly rally car based vehicles, but he lost me with the chopped and channeled and slammed Mustang. It's like, he's not sure if he wants to be a driftbro or a stancebro or if he's doing donuts everywhere because there aren't any crowds for the Mustang to run into so it keeps spinning in some sort of Brownian motion.

Climb Dance is badly foleyed. badly. Watch the manifold pressure gauge and note how it has nothing at all to do with the audio, and have this video ruined for you forever.
In reply to mazdeuce :
I thought same thing, craziest part is I rally x against Yuri not long after that wreck, well craziest part he was racing with one arm...

Discuss that with Michelle Mouton

She's got Big giant brass ones.
I'd much rather go drifto up the side of a mountain than go maximum attack into a wall of people so thick you can't even see the course with the hope that they'll move in time and the road is where you think it is.
Re: how much original mustang there is Ken recently posted on FB saying the rear end of the car is still original steal, I'm assuming he meant the rear quarter panels since the bumper didn't look original.
I used to love his videos but it seems with each new one, I get a little less excited.
Like many others here, I would love to see what that car could do with a real attempt at the Peak.
Very cool car, but I find myself quibbling about a fairly minor thing. What the hell is going on with the fashion of exhaust outlets in front of the windshield? I saw a kid driving around town in a diesel Jetta with the exhaust out the hood. I don't even understand straight pipes on a racetrack...

Hood exhaust is silly and noisy and fun, and thus will never go out of style. A more functional reason to use hood exhaust is as the outlet for a "screamer pipe," a short straight pipe exhaust from the wastegate that greatly improves turbo spool-up and efficiency at the cost of being very loud.
Straight pipes save weight and minimize backpressure, and thus are favored on race cars.
HTH
Pretty cool, but calling that a Mustang is silly. I watched the video about it, the only part left from a Mustang is a bit of the roof. The rest is all custom fab stuff.
Hood exhaust is a new and stupid development on street cars, and will fall out of favour in the very near future.
Straight pipes on a race car create far more petitions to shut down race tracks than horsepower. Plus, I like to hear my engine or transmission before it comes completely apart.
